Rights to all artworks remain the continual sole property of Jasmine Christie Art PTY LTD even after purchase. This includes but is not limited to; the purchase of commissioned art pieces, original art works, prints and all current and/or future works. The purchase of any Jasmine Christie art work does not give permission to for the customer to mint the piece into an NFT.

Collectors are welcome and encouraged to post about the work they have purchased on their social media sites, but must not reproduce or photo edit the works in any way.

Returns

Original artworks are non-refundable once a purchase has been made.

Jasmine Christie Art Prints are able to be refunded provided the print has not been handled and is in its original packaging. This is because art prints are very fragile and certain sanitary measures need to remain in place for re-sale value. Under Australian Consumer Protection Laws, the cost of return postage from customer to Jasmine Christie Art is the responsibility of the customer returning the item.

Commissions require a 50% deposit for Jasmine to purchase the materials and begin the work of art. If the customer cancels their commission order after these materials have been purchased, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

Liability

Jasmine Christie Art is not liable for damages made to goods once they are in the hands of the customer; for e.g. by poor customer handling. If a work of art is delivered to you and is in poor, damaged condition, please contact the studio at studio@jasminechristieart.com for a full refund and return postal address.
